Her success in identifying innovative, forward thinking candidates and maintaining an open, transparent company culture are hallmarks of her 20+ years of human resources experience with high growth companies. She was recognized for her outstanding work at Extreme Reach with a bronze Stevie International Business Award for HR Executive of the Year in 2018. Prior to joining Extreme Reach, Jennifer led recruitment, reward, recognition and succession planning for two different Omnicom-owned agencies as well as Plymouth Rock Assurance.
